Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–36 hours during weekdays. Please note that orders are not delivered on Sundays or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In case of significant delays in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Domestic Shipping Policy (UAE)

We offer free shipping on all orders within the UAE via Highway Express Courier. Orders are delivered to you on the same day or the next day. Delays may occur if the address is incomplete or if the provided phone numbers are unreachable.


International Shipping Policy

Orders to Saudi Arabia qualify for free shipping, while shipping charges for other destinations will be calculated and displayed at checkout after adding items to the cart and entering the correct address.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Perfumo.com cannot cover any customs or taxes that may apply. However, we declare a lower value on the courier invoice to help you save on fees. Please note that any additional charges (tariffs, taxes, etc.) upon arrival are the buyer’s responsibility.

Damages

Perfumo.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
